Wellness & Relax Tour with Glacier Express

After a tasty breakfast at the hotel, check out and get ready to be greeted by the driver at the lobby of Zurich Hotel at 09:00; he will transfer you to the centre of the city to meet the local guide to delve into the history of Zurich during a 2-hour walking tour covering the Old Town, Grossmunster, Bahnhofstrasse, Paradeplatz, Fraumuenster church, Lake Zurich and the Limmatquai among others.

At 11:00, the guide will farewell you at the meeting point with the driver once again in order to head to the Swiss capital of Bern - the small city with a vast historical heritage. Upon your arrival, around 13:00, you will have 1-hour of free time to drink a cup of coffee or to have lunch before meeting Bern's local guide at 14:00, who will take you on a 2-hour discovery tour through Altschtadt with the famous public fountains, Clock tower, Rose Garden, Parliament Square, Muenster and Bear Park. Leaving Bern, we will pass by the historical centre of Thun, which stands out with its unique pavements; free time presents an opportunity for a short stroll along the promenade near Lake Thun, which will leave you speechless with its magnificent scenery of the Alps before you journey back to your hotel to spend the night in Interlaken.

At 09:30, following your breakfast, the driver will meet you at the hotel lobby for a short exploration during free time, to uncover the beauty of the small town - a popular tourist destination in central Switzerland - Interlaken.

After strolling, you may take the funicular experience to the Harder Kulm - the top of Interlaken, which transfers you to a quiet Alpine landscape in 8-10 minutes. It’s an amazing view at 1,321 metres in the Berner Oberland region of Switzerland. (Available from mid-April until the end of November). At the summit, in good weather, you may capture some memorable photos of the whole Interlaken while also having the opportunity to enjoy a small meal at the panoramic restaurant.

Afterward, we will continue our tour to Lauterbrunnen. This is a small Swiss village with a lush, green and majestic valley, where you are offered the scenery of magnificent rocks, mountain peaks with 72 mesmerising waterfalls, and colourful Alpine meadows (30 min to 1 hour).

Later, we will proceed to the car-free resort of Zermatt to spend a night. This is one of the finest Swiss resorts. The drop-off will be at St. Niklaus station, and from there, you will have a 10 min transfer in a licensed car to the village entry of Zermatt. (The cost of this service is CHF 10.00. - Per person to be paid in cash on the spot by the traveller).

The private transfer company will agree with the booked hotel in Zermatt to arrange an e-car transfer service for your luggage upon arrival at Zermatt Village. You can reach the hotel by foot or hire another e-car service for your transfer.

Today you will have a free day without the driver and vehicle to explore Zermatt while admiring the beauty of the famous Matterhorn.

As Zermatt is a car-free resort, you need to walk to explore the town and enjoy this beauty up close and personal. You may take the Gornergrat cogwheel railway from the village Zermatt Train Station to 3,100 metres above sea level. On your way, you will have a constant view of the Matterhorn. You can’t get enough of the panorama at the top - mountains and glaciers as far as the eye can see. Or maybe visiting Matterhorn Museum, Kirchplatz 3920 Zermatt, reveals the history of the village of Zermatt. Attractions include original houses, a multimedia room, and finds from the first ascent of the Matterhorn. You’ll then spend a relaxing night in glorious Zermatt.

After breakfast, the reception of the hotel will assist you in arranging an e-car service from the hotel to Zermatt train station to catch the famous Glacier Express –one of Switzerland's most impressive scenic train rides across the Alps, connecting two of the most popular resorts – Zermatt and St. Moritz. The entire journey takes around 7.5 hours and crosses 291 bridges, passes through 91 tunnels and climbs over the 2033m high Oberalp Pass. You will admire the beautiful panoramic train while travelling right through the Swiss Alps. You will enjoy a 3-course meal during your journey; the beverages are not included. Upon arrival in St. Moritz, you will be greeted by the driver at the station to have a transfer to the hotel. Overnight in St. Moritz.

Start your day with a yummy breakfast; later, you will be greeted by the driver at 09:30 at the hotel's lobby in St. Moritz, who will take you to explore the town and offer some free time (30 min to 1 hour).

Next, you will visit the highest town in the Swiss Alps, Davos, and Klosters (1 to 2 hours). There are many ways to experience the Alpine nature and landscapes, especially when you find yourself on perfectly planned roads. You may take a cable car up the hill and explore some fantastic paths for hiking there. Compared with its metropolis Davos, Klosters has more of a calm and quiet reputation. However, both are considered glamorous sides of the Alps, where you can only find the simple luxury typical in Switzerland. Afterward, it will be time to move to one of the famous Swiss spa resorts, Bad-Ragaz. Here, you can enjoy your Swiss dream in Tamina Therme; a fantastic spa (2 hours), and some wellness options are guaranteed. You will then continue on your way to an overnight in Zurich.

After breakfast, our journey will start at 10:00 when the English-speaking driver greets you at the lobby of your hotel in Zurich to depart and visit the most enchanting Swiss City of Lucerne for 2 hours accompanied by the local guide. You’ll enjoy Lake Lucerne, St. Peter's Chapel, the Chapel Bridge, Jesuit Church, Reuss River and the Lion Monument, among other sights. Later, you will have some free time (2 – 3 hours leisure) with an optional experience which is Mount Pilatus, by taking the Dragon Ride cable car up to the mountain. This is a real adventure if you choose to go along!

Finally, we will return to the Zurich hotel to prepare your luggage for leaving.
