Full description

Escape the daily grind and embark on a journey to one of the most secluded and peaceful corners of Switzerland with our Private Fishing Trip in the Swiss Alps. This tour offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to immerse yourself in the tranquility of Swiss nature.

Begin your journey with a private and luxurious transfer from Basel, and as you travel through the Swiss Alps, discover a world of wonders. Your expert driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel or any other convenient location in Basel, and take you on a journey to Aeschi, a hidden gem of a resort nestled in the Bernese Oberland.

Aeschi's location is breathtaking, with panoramic views of Lake Thun and the surrounding majestic mountain landscapes. The crystal clear waters of the mountain streams and lakes glitter in the sunlight, captivating tourists who arrive at the location to admire its beauty.

Next, you will continue your journey to Kandersteg, where you will take a gondola lift to Oeschinen. As you rise in the lift, you will be able to appreciate the picturesque views all the way to the top. Once you reach Oeschinen, you will hike through the lush landscape to reach Mountain Lake Oeschinen, one of the largest Alpine lakes. You will be provided with a fishing kit and spend an afternoon in the relaxing natural atmosphere, fishing in the crystal clear waters or enjoying a peaceful boat ride on the lake.

After a long day of exploring, you will have the chance to relax and rejuvenate at the famous Ricola Herb Garden. Stroll through the garden, touch and smell the individual plants, and learn about the magical properties of herbs. The production of these specialty herbs has a long history and represents the delicate story of a traditional Swiss family business. Their iconic product combines the tastes of 13 natural herbs that are well-known not only in Switzerland but across the globe.

As you walk through the garden, don't forget to take some of the delicious Ricola drops as a souvenir. Their different flavors are delicious and have the benefit of soothing the throat and keeping illnesses away.

After a day surrounded by the natural beauty of the Swiss Alps and learning about the rich history and culture of Swiss herbs, you will return to your meeting point in Basel, feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
