The excursion begins with a picturesque drive to the town of Kandersteg in Central Switzerland. Here, you'll meet your knowledgeable hiking guide and ascend via gondola to the Oeschinensee station from Kandersteg.
The 9-kilometer Lake Oeschinen Loop trail, though somewhat challenging, offers unparalleled panoramic views above the lake. Trek through meadows and forests, pausing at various viewpoints to soak in the lake's splendor. Gain insights into the regional ecology, geology, and topography from your guide along the way.
During lunchtime, savor a delicious packed meal at a scenic spot overlooking the lake and majestic mountains.
