Prepare for an unforgettable adventure with us, commencing as our experienced driver-guide greets you at the lobby of your hotel in Zurich. We'll then journey through the enchanting Swiss landscape, bound for the breathtaking Lauterbrunnen Valley, famously known as the Valley of 72 Waterfalls.
Your next destination will be the remote car-free village of Mürren, reached via a scenic ride in a panoramic gondola. This sets the stage for an adrenaline-pumping Via Ferrata experience, high above the Lauterbrunnen Valley. You'll be joined by a skilled mountain guide who will accompany you on this private and thrilling Via Ferrata experience.
After collecting the necessary equipment from your mountain-guide you will receive instructions regarding technique and safety. The tour begins with easy hiking but has plenty of awe-inspiring moments in store as you reach the exposed “Hammerecke”, the zipline, and then cross a long suspension bridge as you approach Gimmelwald, the destination of this experience.
While traversing along the rock face, you'll have the chance to appreciate the sheer beauty of the Lauterbrunnen Valley and its dramatic waterfalls from a different perspective.
Once you reach Gimmelwald, it will be time to say goodbye to your Mountain guide fellow and will descend by cable car back to Stechelberg where your driver-guide will be waiting for your return.
Here you can choose between two options:
1) Take the hiking path out of the scenic Lauterbrunnen Valley (5km) and have your picnic at a spot of your choice
2) or our driver-guide will take you to a scenic spot on the shores of Lake Brienz to enjoy your private picnic and have a swim in the crystal-clear water.
Concluding your day, our driver guide will safely bring you back to your accommodation.
