Private guided visit on Emmentaler AOP heritage, including a 1741 herdsman’s cottage, a 1900 cheese dairy, the King’s Way interactive exhibition and a tasting of Emmentaler AOP at different stages of maturity. Hands-on cream cheese workshop with an experienced cheesemaker, culminating in an artisanal heart-shaped cheese to take home, followed by time at leisure for the Grand Tour of Switzerland photo point and the cheese shop and terrace.
