Itinerary Details	Departure from Zurich with a private driver into the Emmental region, defined by gentle rolling hills, timbered farmhouses, and a rich cheesemaking heritage. Privately guided Emmentaler AOP heritage programme, including a 1741 herdsman’s cottage, a 1900 cheese dairy, the King’s Way interactive exhibition and a tasting of Emmentaler AOP at several stages of maturation. Cream-cheese workshop with an expert cheesemaker, resulting in a handcrafted heart-shaped cheese to take home, followed by time at leisure at the Grand Tour of Switzerland photo point, the cheese shop and the terrace. Return to Zurich by private transfer.
