International Alphorn Festival

The International Alphorn Festival attracts about 150 alphorn players annually for its unique competition and enthralling group performances. To ensure total fairness, the competition includes an official blind audition in which judges are positioned within a tent and are not informed of the identity of the performers. Prominent alphorn players from Switzerland and other nations participate in this competition.
