Itinerary Details	Departure from Bern with a private driver to the Emmental region, characterised by gentle hills, traditional farmhouses and a longstanding cheesemaking culture. Private guided visit on Emmentaler AOP heritage, including a 1741 herdsman’s cottage, a 1900 cheese dairy, the King’s Way interactive exhibition and a tasting of Emmentaler AOP at different stages of maturity. Hands-on cream cheese workshop with an experienced cheesemaker, culminating in an artisanal heart-shaped cheese to take home, followed by time at leisure for the Grand Tour of Switzerland photo point and the cheese shop and terrace. Return to Bern by private transfer.
